How do I get a quote?

The quickest and easiest way to get a quote is to e-mail us at quotes@quantumwindows.co.uk with your drawings and a full specification of what is required and then one of the team can come back to you.

For first time customers, please email us your full company name, address and contact details and we can get you set up in our system. After this, you are all ready to send over your drawings for a quote!

Once I’ve got my quote, what do I do?

If you are happy with your quote and want to turn it into an order, just pop us over an e-mail to orders@quantumwindows.co.uk where we will then send you a job confirmation and request a deposit payment.

What are your lead times?

Lead times can vary per product. For stock PVCu colours we work to a 10-15 working day schedule. For more up to date lead times on any specific product e-mail us at sales@quantumwindows.co.uk where we will be happy to help.

Are your products compliant with new building regulations?

Our Eurocell PVCu range of products are fully compatible with all new build regulations. Quantum Windows has a number of secured by design certifications to provide you with peace of mind and our quality systems in place are all aimed at producing a quality product first time, every time.

Currently, our range of Aluminium double glazed Aluk 58BW HI Windows, Aluk 58BD HI Residential doors, EdgeGLIDE+ Sliding door and Unifold HI all have a U-value of 1.4 or below and are compliant with new building regulations. Our range of compliant products is always growing, so please give us a call for the most up to date information.

Please note that you will need to specify on your enquiry if you need your product to meet the new building regulations.

Do you have energy rated products?

We offer a range of products that have an energy performance rating to it. All accessible on the BFRC website.

What are the U-values of your products?

The specific U-values can be found on our product brochures. Give us a ring if you need the U-value for a specific job.

Where is my delivery?

Please give us a call on 01536 260300 with your order number to receive the most up to date information on your drivers ETA.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time slot until the day before delivery but our drivers will always keep you up to date where possible.

Where can I find technical product information?

Please send us an e-mail on sales@quantumwindows.co.uk for any technical assistance you may need for any given project.

Who do I contact if there is an issue with my product?

Our aftersales team are here to help! Please send an email to customerservice@quantumwindows.co.uk with your order number and clear images of the problem and we can take it from there.

What are your payment terms?

To push a quotation through to an order, we required 50% deposit. The remaining payment is required before delivery or collection.

You can pay the deposit amount indicated on your quotation by BACS, Cheque or Debit Card.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver weekly to the West Midlands, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire. Norfolk and of course Northamptonshire.
